Through the years we have developed relationships with various Texas based investors that range from institutional lenders to private individuals that have allowed us to fund projects that traditional institutions could not or would not consider.

Since land does not product income, the underwriting is heavily weighted towards value and understanding of land. Its important for us to understand as much about the market as possible and every detail on the land. We focus on Texas land because we have investors in our major markets and can generally move quickly to determine the value of the land.

Commercial real estate transactions have different needs, but , time and money are a large consideration. By focusing on Texas metro areas we are able to fund deals from about 100k - 4 million. We are both broker and lender and lender/investor representative. By working with several capital partners we are able to serve a broad spectrum of hard money lending needs in the State of Texas.
